Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs

The next YHLB course starts on Monday 29 April at 5.15pm at All Saints’ Church Hall. This specialised evidenced-based, 12 week course is designed to give those with chronic or recurring low back pain a toolkit to improve and maintain a healthy back for life. It is gentle, effective, enjoyable, beginner-friendly, with small group classes (6-12 people maximum) and individualised support. It teaches and motivates health and well-being self-management. It combines postural awareness, relaxation. back education, exercise and mindfulness as an all-in-one package of care. You’ll easily integrate your new techniques into everyday life.
